Transporting your pet doesn’t have to be a mysterious process. With our premium, white-glove, ground transportation options – you are never in the dark. Our mission is getting pets safely from Point A to Point B and keeping owners updated every step of the way! Wondering what your ground transportation options are?
Our rideshare option offers a more cost-effective and convenient solution for pet transportation. With a pre-planned route, we arrange picks ups and drop offs of multiple pets. Pets travel alongside others in a shared vehicle (don’t worry, everyone has their own, secure kennel)! Delivery will be between 2-4 days as long as weather and traffic permit. Please note that if we pickup at 1pm and delivery is the next day at 1pm, that is considered a 1 day delivery (24 hours).
For those seeking a balance between affordability and more personalized, one-on-one care, our semi-private service delivers. Pets travel in a smaller group, ensuring more room and individualized attention from experienced handlers. With fewer stops along the route, pets enjoy a semi-exclusive journey tailored to their unique needs. During a semi-private booking, we have a maximum of 4 pets on board and are able to offer a more direct route in getting pets home.
Private transport services are perfect for owners seeking the utmost privacy and peace of mind during transportation. Whether your pet is anxious around other animals or you just want them to have a more “private” experience, this would be the way to go. This option is more expensive, but your pet will be the only one on board and they will be delivered directly to you. Your pet will be transported securely to the location you provide, eliminating any additional stress or waiting time along our
Have you been interested in arranging air transport but nervous about sending your pet in cargo? That’s where our Flight Nanny services come in. Cargo makes many people nervous – and for good reason. When unexpected delays happen with airlines, pets can often be left on the tarmac longer than expected – which can have serious, and sometimes deadly, consequences.
With our services, pets are able to ride supervised in-cabin with a designated “Flight Nanny.” Pets receive the same white-glove, quality care expected from our Ground Transport services. You never have to worry about where pets are at the airport or if they are being cared for properly, our team of Flight Nannies have it covered!
We understand that entrusting your furry friends to our care involves more than just transportation; it’s about ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. With this in mind, we’ve implemented rigorous safety protocols to guarantee a secure and stress-free experience for both pets and pet parents!
From the moment we receive a booking until pets reach their destination, we leave no stone unturned in maintaining the highest standards of safety. Our trained professionals are committed to providing a secure environment, following industry-leading practices to safeguard your pet’s wellbeing.
For starters – each animal will have their own kennel. We do not mix animals!
We require an intrastate health certificate (it’s the law and needed at agriculture stops in certain states). These are required by all states to cross state lines when transporting.
Please be advised when shipping your fur baby, you may send a tote or box no larger than a 5lb bag of dog food. Please label your bag so we can make sure your items arrive safely. If items are not labeled, we do not guarantee delivery, as the driver needs to pay attention to the animals on board.
We will make every reasonable attempt to notify the person receiving the pet of our estimated time of arrival. If no one is available to receive the pet and/or we are unable to contact the responsible party, there will be a daily fee of $150 per pet to defray the cost of care.
The party ordering the transport will be responsible for these charges. We recommend that alternative arrangements be made in the event the person responsible for receiving the pet is unable to do so. The receiving party MUST be available 24 hours a day. We give a 30-minute grace period for deliveries; any time after
that will be charged the daily fee.
We keep in constant contact for Pickup/Deliveries so no pet is sitting and waiting. On multi-pet transports, we cannot make adjustments to our route to accommodate certain drop-off times. The receiving party needs to be available at all times on the estimated delivery date.
If you cannot be at the drop-off location at the time of delivery, someone else must be there to receive the pet. In the event this happens, the balance of the transport fee is due to the driver before drop-off. Pets will not be released until payment is made and cleared with the driver.
If COD is agreed upon while booking and no one is available to receive the pet, then the breeder/seller is responsible for the transport fee and return transport fee to return the pet to the breeder/seller.
By booking us, you agree to the terms above. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
Yes! We do comprehensive background checks on all drivers who work with us.
In addition, we make sure each driver has a clean motor vehicle record and is pet CPR certified. We take the care and safety of pets very seriously – and it starts with our drivers!
We’ve worked with dozens of pet species! From your household dogs and cats to more specialized birds and reptiles.
We’ve even had the chance to transport various zoological creatures, including monkeys, wallabies, foxes, and more!
We believe prevention is the first step! All pets being transported by us must have a health certificate signed by an accredited veterinarian within the last 30 days.
In addition, all dogs over 16 weeks are always walked separately in non-high-traffic areas. Puppies 15 weeks and younger, we do not allow paws on the ground (due to their still developing, sensitive immune systems). You can’t be too safe when it comes to Parvo and other diseases.
Our staff changes gloves in between working with each pet and kennel. We use USDA approved kennels that have been shown to reduce the transmission of germs.
We also only give bottled water to minimize risk of Giardia.
In summary, we use every precaution possible when dealing with your pets to prevent cross-contamination and spread of any germs and bacteria.
We know your pet’s safety is important to you, and we want you to know it’s important to us too! We have strict cleaning protocols in place.
We use ProVetLogic products and bleach. All kennels (as well as our entire van) are cleaned in between pets. During our route, we are also cleaning the interior and floor of our van on each stop.
Please let us know this when booking. We normally allow a tote or box no larger than a 5lb bag of dog food. The tote or box must be labeled.
Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate additional items. This is on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Please discuss with us your needs when booking.
We never want our drivers moving pets while exhausted. We encourage regular stops and breaks. Our vans have beds and bathrooms on board as well as generators and backup power supplies to keep everything temperature cntrolled.
Drivers may stop and rest at anytime for safety if they become sleepy, but we will always do our best to communicate any stops to you!
On multi-pet transports, we cannot make adjustments to our route in order to accommodate certain drop off times.
Receiving party needs to be available at all times on estimated delivery date. If you can not be at drop off location at the time of delivery, someone else must be there to receive pet.
In the event this happens, please note that the balance of transport fee is due to driver before drop off.
We know how stressful it can be making a vet appointment! Unfortunately, health certificates are required in order to book transport with us (or any transporter)!
Intrastate health certificates are the law and are needed at agriculture stops in certain states.
We only use USDA approved kennels that are high crash safety-tested and rated.
Wire crates are extremely dangerous. They can be mangled in wrecks, spread germs, and are NOT USDA approved.
We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner (unless otherwise specified)! Please let us know at time of booking if your pet has any special needs we need to accommodate.
We are happy to provide a breakfast, lunch, and dinner update (with pictures and/or video)!
Yes! We are huge on keeping pet parents updated! We believe in honest, clear, communication. We will keep you updated regarding where we are on-route.
We always do our best to provide an accurate ETA. We’ll also send plenty of general updates, just to let you know how your pet is doing during transport!
We’re always happy to send pictures! We usually send pictures during meal times or when we take breaks. If you ever want a picture, just let us know and we will do our best to send one!
